Memory Monday #23

Wow, this picture (taken in 1984) of Leah, Jennie, Kristy and Amber sure brings back great memories of all of the summers that Michelle, MaryKay and I spent at Garside swimming pool with the kids for swimming lessons. I guess I really thought that zinc oxide was a great way to keep the girls cheeks from getting sunburned. Oh my.
What's really crazy is that I just saw Kristy last Saturday and she now has 4 adorable little girls of her own!

It was so fun seeing you this weekend! I remember always being jealous about that zinc oxcide...maybe I thought my mom didn't love me as much as Leah's mom loved her...but I doubt it was that deep. The Schlauder girls just always had it going on and I wanted to keep up!

Hi Kristy,
It says on the back of the picture July 1983... so you and Leah were about 2 1/2. So cute! I loved seeing you last weekend too. I just wish we could have visited longer! Let's go to lunch next time you are in town.
Love You!

I'm thinking that the date on the back is wrong...it had to be July 1984 and you guys were 3 1/2!
