Wonderful Day...

 This was a beautiful, wonderful day!! 

Ben, Melissa and Everly were sealed as a family forever...

I am so grateful that Jennie and I were able to be there.

Butterfly Release

Each spring, in memory of our sweet Caleb, our  family goes to Nathan Adelson Hospice's Annual Butterfly Release.
It is such a special experience and brings a tender peace just being there.

 

As we were sitting there watching the butterflies fly all around, a beautiful butterfly came and landed on Asher's head, and it stayed there for at least 2 minutes. We all had the feeling that Caleb sent a special butterfly just to say, "Hi everybody, I'm happy, I'm great, I can run, I love you...and we'll be together soon."  

It makes me tear up just writing about it. 

We miss him so much everyday. 

Our goal is to live each day more like Caleb... filled with love, kindness, and goodness unmeasured. 

We love you forever Caleb!

Asher is ONE!

Our handsome, fun, adorable Asher is ONE! ...and he has us all wrapped around his chubby little fingers:)
We are so blessed that this little bundle of joy came to our family. He has brought more healing, hope, joy, laughter and love than there are stars in the sky.

The Springs Preserve

 

A few weeks ago my dad was feeling well enough and it was a beautiful day, so Jennie and I and the littles took him to the Springs Preserve. He LOVED it so much. We all loved the Leonardo daVinci  exhibit...it was awesome, and everything else too. He said he could have stayed all day, he enjoyed it so much. It was a great day!

Quilting Day

Janae' is the best!! She got us together for a fun ladies day quilting. I love these friends and really enjoyed spending the afternoon, quilting, laughing and having a great time. New tradition? I hope so:)
